We may modify or discontinue offering any service at any time.

User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide correct information.
  • Maintain account confidentiality
  • Utilise the system for lawful purposes
  • Not to misuse or change the FMS software.

Subscription & Payment

  • All plans are billed monthly or annually.
  • Fees are non-refundable unless stated.
  • If payment is not made, the service will be suspended

Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for:

  • Loss caused by inaccurate GPS signals
  • Network issues or system downtime
  • Damages caused by user misuse
  • Data loss due to external causes

Intellectual Property

All brand names, software, algorithms, and content are owned by the company. Reproduction, copying, and resale of any kind are strictly forbidden without explicit consent in writing.

Termination

We may terminate your account if:

  • Terms are violated
  • Payments are overdue
  • Theft and fraud are uncovered

Governing Law

All disputes shall be within the jurisdiction of courts in Nagpur.
